It was only a matter of time before we’d have to look at nonsense like this..
Some fear monger named Mike Meehan of St. Cloud, FL has paid for billboards bearing this image around Orlando. Mike fancies himself a musician and has recorded and released “The Republican Song”…
As the video proves, Merle Haggard he is not. But it isn’t Meehan’s lack of musicianship that scares me most, it is his message. Does Mr. Meehan truly believe that 9/11 is the fault of Democrats? Shame on Mike Meehan for invoking the tragedy of 9/11 in an attempt to strike fear in the hearts of malleable voters and advance his misguided political views. Mike Meehan is pond scum.

If people actually knew what Obama stood for — including his own backers — perhaps the billboard would seem more unreasonable.

Although we will have to agree to disagree on Newt and Lou, I couldn’t agree with you more in regards to this billboard. Pond scum is too polite of a term for anyone who would pull a stunt like this. And the company that owns the billboard space should be boycotted.

Cheese Whiz-
Good for you. I’d say the same thing if the billboard bared the same image beside the term “Please Don’t Vote for a Republican”. Your opinion on this proves that you’re more principled than the vast majority of your repubber cohorts.
Sadly, your friend Lou Barletta(R), mayor of Hazelton, PA, has no qualms with using fear to advance his xenophobic political agenda. But hey, I can’t ask for everything.

Unbelievable! Only in Florida….I didn’t even notice at first what the picture was of and just thought this is kind of funny….this is ridiculous and just a shame

How right you are. It is perhaps the most sickening piece of (r)epuke propaganda I’ve ever seen. (And I have a large collection). Shame on Beech Outdoor Advertising and anyone doing business with them since this board was put up. Recognize them for what they are- shameless, hateful fear mongers…SCUM
